Bross Bagels are delighted to announce the brand new Bross StrEAT

Following the hugely successful launch of Bross Deli and re-opening in all locations in Edinburgh, Bross Bagels are delighted to announce the brand new Bross StrEAT which is a container situated within the courtyard area of Leith Arches in the city, to add to their growing collection.

Bross StrEAT is taking their famous bagels to a whole new level with a street food ethos and vibe throughout for their bagel lovers. Situated in front of Leith Arches, this will now be a permanent residence for their Leith Bross Bagels branch. The street food concept originally arose from their love of everything street food and the ever evolving times that we currently live in.

To launch this officially, we planned a socially distanced press launch which was very well received in a range of press and influencers throughout social media.

The concept of Brossstreat is to focus on everything with a street food vibe throughout.
