Owner of renowned Bross Bagels, Larah Bross has made a name for herself here in the city for spreading her bagel love far and wide throughout Edinburgh and beyond.

Gemma Wilson PR started representing Bross Bagels in November 2018 when they only had just two shops in the city, they have grown so much since then and now operate from 5 locations throughout Edinburgh and are still growing with big plans for the future.

They originally took Gemma Wilson PR on to increase their presence and their profile within the media and to manage the PR for their new openings, press events, collaborations as well as their future plans.

bross-bagel-sandwich-1Our representation of Bross Bagels began with a press launch for their festive bagels in collaboration with Social Bite Charity, and to showcase their newly refurbished Leith shop in 2018. Since then we have worked together on a number of collaborations with a range of charities and other independent food & drink businesses throughout Edinburgh and beyond to continue to promote their brand, which has been reflected in an excellent range of print and digital media throughout the UK and the world.

As a brand, they are constantly evolving with the times. They are so creative which has been a huge part of the PR, to showcase them as a growing and successful brand that really stand out in the city. During lockdown, they continued to re-invent their business model, and ‘Bross Deli’ was born. This has taken off throughout the country with their bagel fans delighted to enjoy their famous bagels from home.
