Speciality Coffee & Handcrafted Brownies Come to Waverley Mall’s Rooftop
Linton & Co, an independent speciality coffee and luxury brownie company since 2015, officially opened their very own flagship café on the rooftop of Moorgarth’s Waverley Mall in Edinburgh on Saturday 1st May.
Situated in the heart of the capital, with Edinburgh Castle as the backdrop, Linton & Co will be serving coffee from Clifton Coffee’s Direct Trade E1 Project and showcasing their handcrafted brownies based on their secret family recipe, using only the finest of ingredients. They pick local fruits when in season to make their own house jam which they use for their Peanut Butter & Strawberry Jam brownies and handmade salted caramel from Isle of Skye Sea Salt. The brownies available within their flagship store and for UK wide delivery with seasonal variations range from original chocolate, white chocolate & raspberry, triple chocolate, salted caramel, and peanut butter & strawberry jam as well as a brand-new vegan and gluten free offering. They will be adding new flavours to co-inside with the seasons as they develop.
Tying in with the street food vibe from last years ‘Neighbourhood’ summer open-air rooftop market, Waverley are keen to continue to work closely with local independent food and drink companies as Edinburgh starts to re-open and emerge from lockdown.
